For over 30 years, Brian has focused his career on the success of the U.S. Public Sector, growing and leading successful teams, building meaningful industry and Government relationships, and having fun along the way. This focus has been realized across various leadership roles across the channel eco-system including technology manufacturers, value-added resellers, and distribution.
Most recently, Brian served as President of DLT Solutions and was instrumental in their growth to $1B+ and ultimately the successful sale to Tech Data in December 2019. As President, Brian was responsible for driving DLT’s strategic initiatives to align with the dynamic technology landscape while addressing the value required by DLT’s channel partners and the Government customer.
Brian launched his career working for two market leading value-added resellers, GTSI Corp and World Wide Technology. During this time, Brian built a strong foundation working with customers across all aspects of the US Public Sector – Federal, State and Local, and Education; as well as, gaining experience working across hundreds of technology manufacturers. For the next 10 years, Brian took his experience to the manufacturer community and lead sales teams for two companies relevant to the build out of datacenters – Sun Microsystems and NetApp.
Brian has been on the AFCEA DC Board of Directors and is a two-time winner of the FedScoop 50 award, which recognizes both public and private sector executives for their achievements and contributions to the government IT community.
In October 2021, Brian joined ClearShark as President to drive the next phase of the company’s growth strategy.
When Brian is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, heading to any beach, and being a foodie.
Kefton was born in Northern California and raised in Malvern, Ohio. In November 1980, Kefton enlisted in the United State Army as an Intelligence Analyst. Initially assigned to the 407th ASA, he spent time “Tactical” in the deserts of West Texas and Southern New Mexico, with even more fun on the Return of Forces to Germany Exercise. Next were “Strategic” tours at USAFS Kunia, Hawaii, and Fort Meade Maryland, where he was instrumental in various Information Technology and Networking projects within and for the Intelligence Community. Kefton’s last assignment, Tactical once again, was in Wildflecken, Germany as part of the 108th Military Intelligence Battalion, supporting the 8th Infantry Division. Here he experienced firsthand the fall of East Germany. While in the service, Kefton earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of the State of New York as well as a chest full of personal and unit medals and citations.
After a decade in the US Army, Kefton began working as a Systems Analyst / Engineer for Spectrum Systems, a defense contractor, supporting the Intelligence Community at Fort Meade, Maryland. He was responsible for integration, implementation, training, and security for several of the support organizations within the National Security Agency including Industrial Security and The National Cryptologic School.
In 2001, Kefton co-founded ClearShark where he worked, played, and helped the company grow. In 2014 with the alignment of ClearShark services and Critical Resources Group services organization, he joined Sid Hall at the newly minted Fuse Engineering company to help define and grow its presence in the Defense and Intelligence Communities. In 2017, Kefton returned to ClearShark as the V.P. of Operations, once again, to work, play, and help grow the company.
Kefton splits his time and work responsibilities between Maryland and his home in Southwest Florida. When not involved in company matters, Kefton enjoys travel, water-related sports, and adrenaline-inducing activities – any combination of which make the perfect adventure.
Vice President of Sales
Roger was born in North Platte, Nebraska and raised in Rolla, Missouri. He graduated from the University of Missouri – Rolla with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
After graduation, Roger initially worked as an Application Engineer for Hubbell Power Systems prior to making the move into Product Management supporting a $40M product portfolio in the Americas and EMEA. His affinity for products and sales took him to Raleigh, NC where he joined NetApp as an Inside Sales Representative. Roger supported Government customers from the Air Force, Navy, Joint Commands; Departments of the Interior, Health & Human Services, and Energy before moving into an Account Manager role in Maryland solely supporting the Intelligence Community.
During his tenure at NetApp, Roger achieved over 200% of his goals for three consecutive years and was responsible for over $100M in revenue. Roger’s accomplishments were recognized with 5 President Club awards, as well as being named 2007 Account Manager of the Year for the U.S. Public Sector.
Roger brought his experience and knowledge of the Civilian Agencies, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community to ClearShark in 2010 and created a business unit whose focus on inception was primarily reseller business, but has since evolved to include the creation & implementation of custom technical solutions. Partnering with industry leaders such as Splunk, Nutanix, FireEye, Palo Alto Networks, NetApp, and F5, ClearShark has recognized a 300% growth in the Sales Business Unit.
Roger’s enjoys golf, running, hunting, fishing, music, travel, spending time with his wife and two young children, and, always supporting his beloved St. Louis Cardinals.
Vice President of Engineering and Technology
Finn Ramsland is the Vice President of Engineering and Technology at ClearShark. He is responsible for sales engineering, engineering services, and the company’s technical direction. Before beginning at ClearShark in 2010, Finn spent 20 years in sales engineering with early stage companies such as Cisco Systems, Ascend Communications, Redback Networks, Procket Networks, IronPort, and Solera Networks. Finn began his career as a computer scientist at the National Security Agency. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Towson University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University.
Vice President of Finance
Jeremy Feinberg is the Vice President of Finance at ClearShark, overseeing all financial and accounting matters. He has been in accounting and finance for over 15 years. Jeremy has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Franklin & Marshall College and his MBA from American University. In addition, he has his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) certifications.
Prior to joining ClearShark, Jeremy was a partner in a CPA firm based out of Rockville, MD engaging in private sector audits, corporate income tax preparation, business valuations and merger & acquisition consulting.
Jeremy is a former Division I college wrestler, avid chess player and huge Redskins fan. He enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with his wife and adorable dog.
Director of Partner Alliances and Marketing
Brittany Wilson is the Director of Partner Alliances and Marketing at ClearShark. In this role, Brittany manages ClearShark’s ISV/OEM/Cloud and distribution partner relationships and leads the marketing team. Prior to joining ClearShark in 2012, Brittany worked as a Washington DC lobbyist following service as an investigative specialist at the Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General. She received a B.A. in sociology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and an M.S. in Justice, Law, & Society from American University in Washington, DC.
Director of National Programs
Jon Teunis is Director, Special Programs at Clearshark. Prior to joining Clearshark in 2017 Jon held similar positions at F5 Networks, Commvault and Quantum. With a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University, and an early start in the IT industry, Jon has been involved with IT transformations in basic storage and networking to today’s secure cloud infrastructures.
